Vicky Northe
Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and Gambling Disorder Specialist
Vicky is an experienced, compassionate mental health professional dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and well-being. If you have been referred by your GP under a Mental Health Care Plan, or have health insurance you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
Vicky has over 20 years of experience, she has worked in public mental health, universities and private practice. Dedicated to continually upskilling in various Focused Psychological Therapies and holistic practices she aims to provide the best possible interventions. Her particular passion is working towards recovery in mental health and has supported individuals living with mood disorders (such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder), psychotic disorders (including schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder), personality disorders, trauma, and addiction (both behavioural and substance-related).
Taking the first step to booking an appointment can require courage. I look forward to working with you at your own pace, exploring and understanding your experiences, and helping you move to where you want to be in an environment where you feel most comfortable.

Dr Jane Oakes
Therapist, Gambling Specialist, Researcher and Psychiatric Nurse
Dr Jane is passionate about helping people recover from their gambling harms and be free to live a life where money, family and time have value. As part of her best practice treatment approach, she helps people build a meaningful life after gambling.
Dr Jane Oakes is a gambling treatment specialist with an experience of over 20 years. Dr Oakes specialises in treating people experiencing gambling-related issues to achieve mastery over their gambling using evidence-based methods.
Dr Jane has genuine empathy and compassion for her clients, helping them to feel comfortable and develop trust when they talk about their stories; they can trust that recovery is possible for them too.
With has had experience across multiple senior positions, including the South Australian Intensive Gambling Help Service clinical lead, the Gambling Services Coordinator for Turning Point’s National Telephone and Online Services and the Gambling Topic Coordinator and lecturer within the Master of Addictive Behaviours Monash and Flinders University.
She has published articles and book chapters, written website materials for Australian gambling programs, and given invited presentations and workshops in this area internationally. Dr Jane also has expertise in treating anxiety disorders, trauma, alcohol and drug dependence and depression, often present when someone experiences issues with gambling.
Gretta Daley
Accredited registered therapist (AMHSW)
Gretta Daley has over 15 years experience working in numerous health settings, supporting individuals, couples and families with a broad range of issues. She is an accredited registered therapist (AMHSW), with Medicare rebates available.
Gretta is passionate about mental health, and integrates individualised therapy approaches and neuroscience concepts to support trauma-informed practice. She incorporates therapeutic modalities including Compassionate Inquiry, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness based therapy.
Gretta prioritises warmth and a safe, non-judgmental space of genuine connection. Her approach is person-centred and relational. For this reason, she values working with people with a diverse range of issues, seeing the person first and the presenting problems as aspects of the underlying patterns.
Kristy Owens
